Soundbaths
A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where the participant is “bathed” in sound and vibrations. I use a variety of soothing instruments such as chimes, gongs, crystal singing bowls, harp, drums, and more to assist folks into a deeper state of consciousness. This meditative state nurtures body and mind and can be a wonderful avenue for awareness, self-discovery and healing.

I offer soundbaths publicly and privately. My public sound baths will be posted on my event page. For private bookings, please send me an email. I can do a wide variety of venues and audiences such as corporate wellness, retreats, birthday parties, pregnancy/birth rituals, churches, rec centers, assisted living, etc.
Individual Synergy Sessions
Synergy sessions include sound healing, energy work, and guidance tailored to the individual. Using soothing instruments, a variety of energy techniques including Reiki, and spiritual/life coaching techniques this is a profoundly powerful trifecta of facilitation for healing. A synergy sessions are conducted at 18 Springs Community Healing Center and can be booked here.
Bookings for Music
Bookings for shows, house concerts, and churches for an original set of songs. Please send an email to inquire. I am also available for a combination of music and storytelling of being raised in the church and my healing journey of the church trauma that I endured as an LGBTQIA+ person.
